Process for Change/ Update Address and Other Details
- In this form, you must fill in the information for the first applicant. Be sure to attach proof of a change in address or other specifics.

If applicants do not provide proof of changing of address, he is able to certify the form to the following individuals
- Gazetted Officer - Group A
- Village Panchayat Head, or Mukhiya
- Gazetted Officer - Group B
- MP/ MLA/ MLC/ Muncipal Councilor
- Tehsildar
- Head of Recognized Education Institution
- Superintendent/ Warden/ Matron/ Head Institution

- In the meantime, you need to go to the closest Aadhaar Center along with this application form for the change of address, and you may also apply online for the change of address in Aadhaar Number through this address change link
UIDAI permits customers of Aadhaar cardsto change their address without requiring any documentation. Aadhaar cardholders are able to alter their address in the event that they didn't provide identification proof.
New Delhi: The Unique Identification Authority of India has temporarily suspended a vital service that lets you change your Aadhaar card's address without certificate of address.
UIDAI lets users of Aadhaar cards to change their address without any form of documentation. Aadhaar card holders are able to update their address, provided they accept the authenticity of the address verifier. An address verifier could be a friend, relative or landlord who will permit the Aadhaar card owner to use their address to prove their identity.
UIDAI has stopped using this feature. UIDAI was notified by an Aadhaar Card owner via Twitter, stating that the ability to update the address on Aadhaar Card via an Address Validation letter is no longer available. UIDAI has requested that the Aadhaar issuer to notify users that they are able to change their address by using another authentic PoA document.

UIDAI list the following documents on its website as POA documents (Proof of Address) documents that contain Name and Address for Aadhaar cards

Statement/Passbook for Post Office Accounts
Driving licence
Water Bill (not older that 3 months)
Telephone Landline Bill (not older than 3 months)
Check your Credit Card Balance (not more than 3 years old).
Photo of signature from an officially registered company on letterhead
Pensioner Card
Freedom Fighter Card
Kissan Passbook
Passport of Spouse
Identity card of parent (in instances of minors)
Central/ State Govt. issued an allotment notice to accommodate. (Not exceeding 3 years)
Bhamashah Card/Jan Aadhaar card issued Governmentt. Rajasthan
Certificate issued by the Superintendentor WardenMatron/ Head Of Institution of a recognized shelter, orphanages etc. on UIDAI standard certificate format for enrolment/ update
